The super dispersant PAA-L is the new type macromolecule detergent builder which has developed by us recently and has the intellectual property; this product is the special kind of polycarylic acid with mass branch chains which copolymerized from acrylic acid and hydrophilic macromolecule material follows certain proportion.

PAA-L not only has excellent chelated ability for Ca+, Mg+ and resistant ability for ash aggradation, but also has the stereospecific blockade effect which comes from the mass hydrophilic branch chains, so this product has excellent practical outcomes in the high consistence suspend system such as the spray slurry of washing powder. It not only reduces the viscosity but also obviously increase the stability of the system.

Affer added PAA-L in the phosphor-free washing powder dosage 0.15%-0.2% which instead the normal polycarylic acid dispersant:

1）Increase the concentration of the spray slurry over 5%. It not only can sharply reduce the energy cost for spraying but also highly increase the productivity of each tower.
2）The slurry can be dispersed more equality; the stability becomes much better and avoids bed and sedimen tation. The fluidity of slurry will hold the line in 90 minutes.
3）The granularities of washing powder become more equality and reduce the quantity of the fine powder.
